VM Boxes tab allows the admin to set the VM box pin and enable some features of VM boxes. VM boxes will be created at the time of users. When user clicks on “edit” button, admin user gets a popup for basic settings.
Basic VM Box Settings
The basic settings under VM boxes are:
- Name of the Voicemail box
- Voice mail box number, which is the extension number
- PIN Number: Admin can set a PIN number for the voice mail box.
Advanced VM Box Settings
To enable the advanced settings, user has to set a PIN number for the VM box. When user clicks on Advanced button it have three options which are explained below:
VM Box Options
There are different options available for the users. Admin can select the required options and click on save changes to save the details selected.
VM Box Recipients
Admin can enter email address to which voice mail will be sent as an email.
Greetings Media
Admin can upload a media file where user can upload a customized announcement for his voice mail. He can select any media which he has uploaded to the system.
Delete VM Boxes
Admin has the provision to delete the VM boxes. In the Edit VM Box popup user has an option Delete Voicemail Box.
