Dashboard

Dashboard is available only for supervisors. Dashboard shows the live status reports. In Dashboard there are three tabs.

Overview

Overview tab will give the information about Total number of calls, Number of outbound calls, Number of Inbound calls. The inbound calls would also show the split of number of answered and number of abandoned calls. Dashboard will also display a graphical representation of above data.

Queue Activity

Supervisor can select a queue and see the live details of the queue. Following are the information displayed in queue status reports:

  1. Waiting Calls: Number of calls waiting in the queue.
  2. Average talk time: Total talk time of all calls in the queue/ Number of calls
  3. Answered Calls: Number of calls answered in the queue.
  4. Abandoned Calls: Number of calls abandoned by the agents.
  5. Agents Busy
  6. Agents Available

Agent Activity

Agent activity will give supervisor a view of following details of the current date.

  1. Total Number of calls
  2. Total number of Inbound call
  3. Total number of answered call
  4. Total number of abandoned call
  5. Total inbound duration
  6. Total outbound calls
  7. Total outbound duration
